Wallet API

Read the prepaid wallet balance that pays for domains and mailboxes.

Domain registrations, renewals, and mailboxes are paid from your prepaid USD wallet. Check the balance before a purchase so you can top up instead of handling an INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS error. Like every reseller endpoint, it needs an API key from an active reseller account.

Topping up

Top-ups happen in the dashboard, not through the API: open the wallet, choose an amount (minimum $10), and pay at checkout. The balance updates as soon as the payment lands.

When a purchase is short

A purchase that costs more than your balance fails with 402 INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS and nothing is charged. The error includes balanceCents and requiredCents, so you know how much to add.
